Genevieve Hathaway is travel and documentary photographer passionate about telling stories that empower conservation, women and local communities. Her assignment work and personal projects have taken her across the Middle East, North Africa, Pakistan, and Peru. Her work has been published in National Geographic Traveller India, Lonely Planet, The Seattle Times, EcoTraveller Guides, among many others and exhibited in Seattle. She is the recipient of the SmArtVentures Grant and the Seattle Artist Fund Grant.
